Seribujasa Service Terms and Conditions
Seribujasa.co.id is an Application Platform to connect service providers with service users easily, quickly and practically which includes Printer Service, Ac Service, Car Rental, Air Cooler Rental, Standing Ac Rental, Genset Rental, Blower Rental, Drilling Well, Suction WC, Home Cleaning, Baby Equipment Rental and Goods Transportation Services. We appreciate your convenience in using our services. But it would be better if you first read, understand, and agree to the following agreement before using the best service from us. We make this agreement for your convenience and security as our partner or potential partner. You can view and read the attached Legal Services Agreement directly.
These terms and conditions cover all the services we provide. If you are interested in using our services, you should first understand how and our policies provide the best service for you.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
a. Application
this is a Platform Application to connect between service providers and service users provided by third parties (partners) (“Provider(s) Service”). This application offers information about services that offered by Service Providers. Types of services that can be requested through
Applications are:

· Genset Rent
· Blowers Rent
· car rental
· Home Cleaning
· Service Printers
· Air Cooler Rent
· Standing AC rental
· Freight Services
· Rent Baby Equipment
b. Application
this allows you to submit a request for a Service to Service Provider. GPS receiver – which must be installed on the mobile device (smartphone) where you have downloaded the Application – detect your location and send your location information to the relevant Service Provider. Service Provider has its own and overall policy to accept or reject any your request for the Service. Service Providers also have their policies independently and thoroughly to select and accept the directions given by the Application. If the Service Provider accepts your request, The application will notify you and provide information about the Service Provider – including the name of the Service Provider, telephone/mobile number of the Service Provider, and customer service assessment – and the ability to contact Providers Telephone service.
c. We will make all reasonable efforts to connect you with the Service Provider to obtain the Service, depending on the presence of the Service Provider in or around your location when you place an order for the Service.
d. For the avoidance of doubt, we are a technology company, not a service provider company and we do not provide the above services. We do not employ Service Providers and we are not responsible for any actions and/or omissions of Service Providers. This application is only a means to facilitate the search for the Service. It is up to the Service Provider to offer the Service to you and it is up to you whether you will accept the Service offer from the Service Provider.
e. Please contact the Seribujasa Call Center in advance if:
1. Complaints or problems with orders that are under construction by technicians on duty or have completed work within the warranty period.
2. The technician wants to follow up on repairs of goods or spare parts outside the customer’s location.
3. The technician recommends payment for transactions outside Seribujasa.
4. If the technician offers orders outside the Seribujasa application / website.
2. TERMS AND USE OF THE APPLICATION
a. Users must ensure that the User number entered by the User in the Seribujasa Application in the registration process belongs to the User himself.
b. Registered Users must maintain the confidentiality of the Application Password
c. Changing the Application Password can be done by accessing the My Account menu
d. The User must ensure the correctness of the data entered by the User in the Application when registering and using the Application. The User is responsible for all consequences arising from each data entry carried out by the User when registering, updating data on the Application, and/or using the Application. Users hereby release Seribujasa from all kinds of claims, lawsuits, and/or other legal actions from any party in connection with errors, mistakes, and/or incorrect data input by Users on the Application, unless this is caused by Seribujasa’s error or negligence.
e. The use of Seribujasa Chat can be done by selecting chat access via the Seribujasa chat application or chat application provided by parties who work with Seribujasa.
f. In the event that the User uses Seribujasa Chat via the Seribujasa chat application, the User must first enter the necessary data such as the User’s name, e-mail address, and telephone number in the Seribujasa chat application widget. Users are not allowed to enter data belonging to other parties in the Seribujasa chat application widget. The user is fully responsible for all consequences arising from entering the name, e-mail address and telephone number of another party in using Seribujasa Chat.
g. If the User accesses Seribujasa Chat through a chat application provided by a party that cooperates with Seribujasa, then the User must first download the chat application provided by the party that cooperates with Seribujasa from the Play Store application store.
h. Users can use Seribujasa Mail and e-mails from Users will be automatically addressed to halo@seribujasa.co.id.
i. Users can use Social Media (Twitter) and messages from Users will be automatically directed to Seribujasa’s social media (Twitter).
j. Application-related data will be stored by Seribujasa in accordance with applicable retention provisions.
k. Users are required to upgrade the Application at the request of Seribujasa.
l. The User’s negligence in upgrading the Application results in the User being unable to use the Application or only being able to access certain features in the Application.
m. If the Registered User forgets the Application Password, the Registered User can reset the Application Password in the Seribujasa Application.
n. The user is fully responsible for and releases Seribujasa from all consequences that arise in connection with the user’s negligence in using the application.
o. The user must keep confidential and ensure the security of the Application Password and OTP received by the User in using the Application and not disclose the Application Password and/or OTP to other parties Any misuse of the Application Password and/or OTP caused by User error or negligence in maintaining confidentiality and security The Application Password and/or OTP is the full responsibility of the User. User hereby releases Seribujasa from all claims, lawsuits, and/or other legal actions of any kind arising from any party including the User himself as a result of misuse of User’s Application Password and/or OTP caused by User’s mistake or negligence in maintaining confidentiality and the security of the Application Password and/or OTP.
3. PAYMENT
a. Downloading and/or using this Application is free of charge. We may introduce charges for downloading and/or using the Application at any time. We will notify you of this as appropriate so you can decide whether you want to continue using the Application or not. However, the internet connection required to use the Service, and any associated costs (eg mobile data charges) incurred by using the Service are your exclusive responsibility and are solely borne by you.
b. To ensure the safety and comfort of both parties, we use the E-Wallet service in a form that has been provided by Seribujasa in cooperation with a third party.
c. Process transactions and payments can be made using credit cards, bank transfers and other facilities provided by payment gateways from cooperating third parties.
d. The Service Provider agrees to the withholding regulations for every transaction made by the Service Provider to the service seeker. the calculation of the presentation fee has a different calculation based on the categories of services owned, information on marketing fees is only charged to each service provider who has a successful transaction, related to service provider regulations, SERIBUJASA from time to time may change the amount of the percentage of deductions to Service Providers.
e. SERIBUJASA urges Service Provider Partners to report and pay income tax in accordance with the tax provisions of the Republic of Indonesia. Seribujasa is not obligated to assist the Service Provider’s income tax payment process.
f. When you use an E-Wallet service that works with SERIBUJASA as a means of payment for products/services, it can be found in the Seribujasa APPLICATION. You hereby acknowledge and agree to give us full power and authority to cut your E-Wallet and transfer money on your behalf to pay for the features contained in Seribujasa
4. WARRANTY
a. Seribujasa guarantees security aspects and is responsible for system failures or disruptions related to Seribujasa functions.
b. In the event of system failure or disruption caused by violations or unauthorized use as stipulated in the provisions of laws and regulations committed by users and/or other parties against Seribujasa, Seribujasa will immediately report to law enforcement officials and or other related institutions. In the event that a system failure or disturbance results in a loss, Seribujasa is released from responsibility.
5. INDEMNIFICATION
a. Seribujasa is released from any claims or demands made by other parties that arise in the event that the User violates the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Use, improper use of Seribujasa’s features and/or services, and/or User’s violation of the law or the rights of other parties. other.
6. LICENSING
a. Downloading and/or using this Application is free of charge. We may introduce charges for downloading and/or using the Application at any time. We will notify you of this as appropriate so you can decide whether you want to continue using the Application or not. However, the internet connection required to use the Service, and any associated fees (eg mobile data charges) incurred by using the Service are your exclusive responsibility and are solely borne by you.
b. You may not (i) copy, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, license,sell, transfer, publicly display, reproduce, transmit, transfer, broadcast, decompile or disassemble any part of or in other ways that might exploit the Application and Website, except as permitted in these Terms of Use, (ii) license, sub-license, sell, resell, transfer, transfer, distribute or commercially exploit or make available to third parties the Application and / or software by means of; (iii) create internet ‘links’ to the Application or ‘frame’ or ‘mirror’ any software on other servers or wireless or internet-based devices; (iv) reverse engineer or access our software to (a) build competing products or services, (b) build products using Application-like ideas, features, functions or graphics, or (c) copy Application ideas, features, functions or graphics , (v) launch automated programs or scripts, including, but not limited to, web spiders, web crawlers, web robots, web ants, web indexers, bots, viruses or worms, or any program that may make multiple server requests per second , or creates a heavy burden or hinders the operation and/or performance of the Application, (vi) uses robots, spiders, site search/retrieval applications, or other manual or automated devices or processes to retrieve, index, ‘data mine’ , or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigation structure or presentation of the application or its contents; (vii) publish, distribute or reproduce in any way material that is protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary information without obtaining prior approval from the owner of the property rights, (viii) remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices contained in the application. No licenses or rights are granted to you with implications based on intellectual property rights owned or controlled by us or our licensors, except for those licenses and rights expressly provided in these Terms of Use.
7. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES
a. We are not responsible for any loss, death, damage or damage caused by the behavior of the Service Providers. We are also not responsible for mistakes and/or criminal acts committed by Service Provider Partners during the implementation of the Service. Service Provider Partners are only our work partners, not our employees, agents or representatives.
b. However, we care about the comfort, satisfaction and safety of Application users for personal and full consideration alone, we are willing to provide assistance in the form of information needed for the authorities if the Service Provider Partner violates applicable laws and regulations. Please remind the Service Provider Partner if you feel uncomfortable with the way the Service Provider provides the Service.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
a. Seribujasa takes appropriate and reasonable technical and security measures to keep Seribujasa safe and free from viruses, disturbances and errors. However, while this technology is effective, no security system is impenetrable. Thus, Seribujasa cannot guarantee the security of the Seribujasa database nor guarantees that the information that Users provide will not be hampered when sent through the Seribujasa system. Seribujasa will inform the User in writing if there is a data security breach involving the User’s Personal Information. Seribujasa makes its best efforts to maintain the security of Seribujasa, all supporting devices, and User information.
b. Seribujasa may experience restrictions, delays and other problems related to the use of the internet and electronic communications, including defects in the device used by the User, not connected, out of range, inactive or not working. Seribujasa is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, damages or losses due to these problems or other problems beyond the scope of Seribujasa.
c. We do not have insurance for goods or life for Service Provider Partners and Service Users and therefore if you feel that this is insured during the service process, please contact your insurance provider.
d. We use proper and reasonable technical and security measures to keep the Application safe and free from viruses and errors. However, no matter how effective this technology is, no security system is impenetrable. Therefore we cannot guarantee the security of our database and we also cannot guarantee that the information you provide will not be withheld/interrupted while it is being sent to us.
e. This application may experience limitations, delays, and other problems that exist in the use of the internet and electronic communications, including the device used by you or the Service Provider Partner is damaged, not connected, out of range, turned off or not working. We are not responsible for delays, failure to deliver, damage or loss resulting from these problems.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
a. All brands, logos, images, icons, source code, or logo designs, as well as anything contained in Seribujasa is legally owned by Seribujasa, which may not be copied, imitated, or used, either in whole or in part without prior written approval first from Seribujasa.
10. APPLICATION TERMINATION
a. Users have no obligation to use Seribujasa and can choose to stop using Seribujasa.
b. Seribujasa has the right to immediately suspend, limit, or stop the User’s use of Seribujasa if it is suspected that the User has violated any provisions in these Terms and Conditions of Use or applicable laws and regulations.
c. Users and Seribujasa agree to ignore the provisions in Article 1266 and Article 1267 of the Civil Code (KUH Perdata), relating to the termination of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
11. APPLICATION TERMINATION
a. Users have no obligation to use Seribujasa and can choose to stop using Seribujasa.
b. Seribujasa has the right to immediately suspend, limit, or stop the User’s use of Seribujasa if it is suspected that the User has violated any provisions in these Terms and Conditions of Use or applicable laws and regulations.
c. Users and Seribujasa agree to ignore the provisions in Article 1266 and Article 1267 of the Civil Code (KUH Perdata), relating to the termination of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
12. MISCELLANEOUS
a. By becoming an Application User, the User hereby declares that he fully understands and is subject to and bound by the contents of these Seribujasa Mobile Application Terms. Seribujasa has the right to change, supplement, or replace these Seribujasa Mobile Application Terms which Seribujasa will notify Users in any form and by any means in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
